Kids Clothing SoW- Knowledge Transfer of all previous research done by Client to 4AM Digital (Duration : 5 working days)- Analysis of upcoming trends- Competitior Analysis and detailed customer profiling.- Brand Positioning - Identifying values, mission, positioning points, USP, core philosophy etc. based on research from the previous stage.- Customer profile, overarching marketing strategy, design sensibilities, core personality of the brand, product strategy, verbal communication strategy. - Development of Brand Persona (Duration : 5 working days)- Based on the KT sessions, 4AM Digital will develop a defined brand persona which will include the brand archetype, tone of voice, linguistic predispositions (what kind of language the brand will be aligned with), brand ethos - vision, mission, values etc. - Naming of the Brand (Duration : 10-15 working days)- 3 Nomenclature options will be presented in the first round along with scalability options. Subsequent rounds will work on narrowing this as well as iterating the ones that are shortlisted. - Visual Brand Architecture: Logo, tagline, symbol, Colour palette, font library (Duration : 10-15 working days)- 3 logo options will be presented in the first round. Subsequent rounds will work on finalizing the one that is shortlisted.- Logos will involve variations as needed in terms of colour schemes, arrangements and also dictate logo usage guidelines.- Colour palette and font library will be provided as part of branding book
