Advanced authentication mechanisms, including basic authentication and OAuth, were implemented to ensure secure operations. The APIs were meticulously customized to align with response and operational needs, demonstrating adaptability and user-centric design. This integration empowered the copilot with a versatile range of capabilities, such as sending and reading Outlook and Google mails and events, summarizing and creating tickets on JIRA, and accessing as well as creating Confluence data. By linking GitHub, the copilot gained the ability to navigate repositories proficiently, and with Slack integration, it could post, summarize and read messages effortlessly. Built an AI (Artificial Intelligence) app with the OpenAI APIs that can engage with customers on WhatsApp. Integrated Twilio's WhatsApp Messaging API, allowing customers to initiate conversations with WhatsApp business account. The app could provide customers with intelligent responses to their inquiries. The app is a ChatGPT-like interface but on WhatsApp. Started by setting up a virtual development environment followed by configuring Twilio Sandbox for WhatsApp. Post setting up the Twilio WhatsApp API snippet, the FastAPI backend was configured. Using Pyngrok, placed the FastAPI localhost on the internet through Python,making it accessible for the Twilio API to communicate with. Post configuring the Twilio webhook and the OpenAPI’s logic for sending and receiving responses the app worked efficiently to the prompts of the customers.

Successfully developed and implemented WorkWall's APIs on Workato using the Ruby SDK connector template. The developed connectors were then employed to create Workato recipes to automate the following events: Job posting, fetching job details,etc in WorkWall. The development process required a strong understanding of Ruby-based SDK connectors and demonstrated the seamless integration of WorkWall with Workato. The project also provided valuable experience in building and integrating an application’s APIs with other applications for developing a scalable information sharing architecture.

Used Workato to build the integration,ensuring seamless data flow between Salesforce and WorkWall's platform. Through this integration, Work created or updated in WorkWall was automatically reflected in Salesforce opportunities, promoting real-time data consistency. This process involved intricate datamapping, trigger conditions, and conditional actions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in datasynchronization.
