As an Offshore Project Lead & Tester, managing the offshore testing team for Monarch Evolve, a PaaS-based staffing industry solution that integrates Oracle Cloud SaaS (Fusion) at the Back Office (BO) with Salesforce and PeopleSoft and other applications at the Front Office (FO) for a leading U.S. -based client. Responsible for seamless execution, quality assurance, and coordination between offshore and onshore teams, ensuring smooth integration and functionality across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Offshore Team Management & Coordination

• Leads the offshore CTC-PTC and HTR teams, managing task allocation, tracking execution, and providing daily updates to the onshore team.
• Ensures alignment between offshore testing and client requirements, supporting issue resolution and process improvements.

End-to-End Testing & Quality Assurance

• Executes Standalone, Cross-Functional, and End-to-End (E2E) testing scenarios to validate contracts, orders, assignments, billing, and compliance workflows.
• Manages SIT test execution, defect tracking, and status updates.

Oracle Fusion Testing – Middle Office (MO) Integration

• Oversees CTC-PTC processes in the Middle Office (MO) PaaS platform, ensuring seamless integration with Oracle Cloud SaaS (Fusion).
• Conducts end-to-end validation of key processes such as contract creation, order processing, assignments, purchase orders (POs), and time entries.
• Ensures accuracy in project cost imports and system updates.

OIC Process Execution

• Manages real-time data synchronization by executing OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud) processes for data flow between Middle Office (MO) and Back Office (BO).

Test Execution in VDI & Test Management Tools

• Works in a VDI (Virtual Desktop Infrastructure) environment, executing test scenarios across various Test Management tools.
• Tracks and reports testing progress, defects, and execution status in multiple platforms.

Defect Tracking & Resolution

• Coordinates with developers, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve defects.
• Conducts daily defect discussions with the development team for issue resolution and continuous system improvement.

Testing Strategy & Documentation

• Develops and maintains test scripts, test cases, dashboards, and defect reports to ensure structured test execution and quality assurance.
• Contributes to test automation strategies for improved efficiency.

Message Translation & Dashboard Testing

• Validates message translations and ensures seamless data communication across integrated systems.
• Conducts testing of reporting dashboards for data accuracy and business insights.
