Project: AI Interviewer

This project focuses on building an end-to-end AI Interviewer that automates candidate screening — from creating and sending interviews to conducting them and returning recordings, summaries, and scores. Recruiters generate role-specific interviews in minutes, candidates complete them asynchronously with a conversational AI that adapts questions in real time, and the system then processes each session into an objective, data-driven evaluation. This removes scheduling and interviewer bandwidth as bottlenecks, letting teams screen candidates at scale with consistent, unbiased results.

1. Automated interview creation: AI generates role-specific interview templates based on job descriptions and required skills.
2. One-click candidate dispatch: Interviews are sent instantly via link or email for candidates to complete at their convenience.
3. AI-conducted conversations: The AI interviewer asks adaptive, context-aware follow-up questions in a natural conversational flow.
4. Full session recording: Audio/video of every interview is captured for transparency, compliance, and later review.
