Contract Type: Contract (C2C model)Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced D365 Retail Technical Consultant to join our team on a contract basis under the C2C model. As a D365 Retail Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert-level technical support and guidance to our clients in implementing, customizing, and optimizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Retail solutions. Your in-depth knowledge of D365 Retail, combined with your strong problem-solving abilities, will be instrumental in delivering successful projects and enhancing the overall retail experience for our clients.Responsibilities:1. Solution Design: Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand client requirements and design technical solutions that align with their retail business needs using D365 Retail features and functionalities.2. Implementation and Configuration: Lead and participate in the implementation and configuration of D365 Retail modules, including Point of Sale (POS), Inventory Management, Pricing, Promotions, and Customer Loyalty programs.3. Customization and Development: Customize and extend D365 Retail functionalities using X++ programming language and other relevant technologies to address unique business requirements and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.4. Data Migration: Plan and execute data migration activities, ensuring data integrity and consistency during the transition from legacy systems to D365 Retail.5. Integration: Design and implement integration solutions between D365 Retail and other external systems, such as ERP systems, payment gateways, and eCommerce platforms.6. Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous testing of the D365 Retail solutions, identifying and resolving any defects or issues, and ensuring the system meets the defined quality standards.7. User Training and Support: Provide training to end-users and technical support teams to enable smooth adoption and maintenance of the D365 Retail system.8. Documentation: Create comprehensive technical documentation, including functional specifications, technical design documents, and standard operating procedures, to facilitate efficient project management and future enhancements.9. Performance Optimization: Proactively identify performance bottlenecks in D365 Retail and implement optimization techniques to ensure the system runs efficiently.10. Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest trends and updates in D365 Retail and related technologies, and share knowledge with the team to foster continuous improvement.Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.- Proven experience as a D365 Retail Technical Consultant or similar role, with a minimum of [insert number] years of relevant experience.- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Retail, including POS, Inventory Management, Pricing, Promotions, and Loyalty features.- Strong proficiency in X++ programming language for customization and development in D365 Retail.- Experience in data migration, integration, and interfacing with other systems.- Familiarity with retail industry processes, best practices, and compliance standards.- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure.- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.- Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 will be a plus.Contract Details:- Contract Type: C2C (Corp-to-Corp) model.- Contract Duration: 6-9 months- Work Hours: 40 hours/week- Remote Work: The position may allow remote work, but you need to be online for 8 hours.
