Job description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive project management experience, particularly in the field of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance (MS D365 Finance). The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of project management methodologies and best practices, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, as well as a comprehensive understanding of MS D365 Finance and related technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Lead and manage end-to-end projects involving the implementation, customization, and upgrade of MS D365 Finance. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets. Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Functional Consulting: Provide expert functional guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and stakeholders, to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure alignment with business objectives. Assist in resolving functional issues and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Team Leadership: Oversee a team of functional consultants and project resources. Assign tasks, set clear objectives, and provide guidance and mentorship to team members. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
- Financial Operations (FinOps) and Finance & Operations (F&O): Utilize your in-depth knowledge of FinOps and F&O modules within MS D365 Finance to guide and support project activities. Assist in the configuration, customization, and optimization of financial processes and workflows. Ensure that the implementation aligns with industry best practices and compliance requirements.
Support Project Management: Leverage your previous experience as a support project manager to provide oversight and guidance for post-implementation support activities. Coordinate with support teams to address user issues, perform system enhancements, and manage change requests. Ensure high-quality customer service and timely incident resolution.
