Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure Dynamics 365 modules based on client requirements.
• Analyze business processes and provide optimal solutions using Dynamics 365.
• Develop, test, and deploy customizations, integrations, and new functionality to meet business needs.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with project teams to deliver solutions on time.
• Document all project phases, from requirement gathering to implementation and support.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of [Specify Years, e.g., 3-5] years of experience in Dynamics 365 implementations.
• Strong understanding of ERP business processes.
• Expertise in Dynamics 365 customization and configuration.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate) is desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of the Middle Eastern market and business practices.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance in the Middle East.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
