We are seeking an Associate Project Manager to work with our US-based staffing clients, overseeing projects related to Oracle Cloud implementations. The ideal candidate will assist in managing project timelines, resources, and client communications, ensuring successful delivery of staffing solutions. Oracle Cloud experience is preferred, as you will be involved in projects that require knowledge of cloud-based systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring staffing projects for US-based clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
• Manage resources, project schedules, and reporting to ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure project documentation is up to date and aligned with client needs.
• Facilitate client communications and status updates.

Required Skills:

• 2+ years of project management experience, preferably in staffing or IT environments.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud or other cloud-based systems is preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Microsoft Project).
