Job Description: Oracle PPM Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle PPM (Project Portfolio Management) Consultant to join our dynamic team. As an Oracle PPM Consultant, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and optimizing Oracle PPM solutions to meet our clients' business needs. This position requires a deep understanding of Oracle PPM Cloud modules, project management processes, and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into Oracle PPM system configurations.
• Lead the implementation of Oracle PPM Cloud modules, including Project Financials, Project Management, Project Resource Management, and Project Controls.
• Provide expert guidance on project portfolio management processes, including budgeting, forecasting, resource allocation, and cost control.
• Configure and customize Oracle PPM solutions to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Conduct system testing, user training, and provide post-implementation support to ensure successful adoption.
• Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions to optimize Oracle PPM functionality.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and IT, to deliver seamless integration with other enterprise systems.
• Stay up-to-date with Oracle PPM updates, features, and industry trends to provide innovative solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field.
• Proven experience (3+ years) as an Oracle PPM Consultant, with a focus on Oracle PPM Cloud implementations.
• Strong knowledge of project portfolio management processes and best practices.
• Proficiency in Oracle PPM Cloud modules and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Oracle PPM Cloud certification is a plus.
