Description

Key Responsibilities: -(FG2JP00033291)


  1. Implement, configure, and support SAP S/4HANA Sales & Distribution (SD) solutions.
  2. Analyze business requirements and design scalable SAP SD solutions.
  3. Configure and support key SD processes including:
  4. Sales Order Management
  5. Pricing & Discounts
  6. Shipping & Delivery
  7. Billing & Invoicing
  8. Returns & Credit Management
  9. Work on end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) business processes.
  10. Integrate SAP SD with MM, PP, FI/CO, EWM, TM, and other SAP modules.
  11. Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with ABAP developers for enhancements, interfaces, reports, and forms.
  12. Perform unit testing, UAT support, cutover activities, and post-go-live support.
  13. Troubleshoot production issues and recommend process improvements.
  14. Create functional documentation and conduct knowledge transfer sessions.
