**About the Role** We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS HRMS Technical / Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team in order to support an ongoing project involving the enhancement and customization of Oracle EBS HRMS applications. The aim is to optimize our human resources operations and ensure the seamless integration of various functionalities within the system. The consultant will be instrumental in ensuring that the Oracle EBS HRMS modules are effectively deployed and meet the evolving needs of our users. **Key Responsibilities** - Develop, customize, and enhance Oracle EBS HRMS applications using PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, and Oracle Reports. - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to gather and analyze requirements, and provide techno-functional designs. - Conduct thorough testing and debugging of solutions to ensure robust performance. - Provide technical support for Oracle EBS HRMS modules, including troubleshooting post-deployment issues. - Execute performance tuning and queries optimization to enhance system responsiveness. - Document technical specifications, user guides, and upgrade procedures for Oracle EBS HRMS applications. - Facilitate user training sessions to empower users in utilizing system functionalities effectively. **Must-Have Qualifications** - Minimum of 5 years of experience with Oracle EBS HRMS implementations and customizations. - Proficiency in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, and Oracle Reports. - Experience in full-cycle implementation of Oracle EBS HRMS solutions. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. **Nice-to-Have** - Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) certification in Oracle EBS HRMS. - Exposure to cloud-based HR solutions and migration strategies. - Previous experience in a consultancy role within a multinational enterprise.
