1. Configure and support SAP HCM Payroll, Compensation, and Time Management modules.
2. Analyze business requirements and design payroll and compensation solutions.
3. Manage payroll schema, rules, wage types, PCRs, and payroll processing.
4. Configure organizational management, personnel administration, and benefits as required.
5. Integrate SAP HCM Payroll with Finance, SuccessFactors, and third-party payroll systems.
6. Perform payroll testing, validation, and issue resolution during implementation and production support.
7. Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with ABAP developers for custom developments.
8. Ensure statutory compliance and support payroll-related audits.
9. Provide production support, troubleshooting, and continuous process improvements.
