**About the Role** We are seeking an experienced SAP BW/HANA Analytics Specialist to join our team remotely. This role is part of an innovative project aimed at optimizing business intelligence and data analytics through strategic SAP solutions. The selected candidate will help transform data management processes, enabling effective decision-making for our enterprise clients. **Key Responsibilities** - Design and implement data models within SAP BW and HANA environments. - Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) from various sources into the SAP BW/HANA platform. - Develop analytics solutions utilizing SAP BusinessObjects and other relevant tools. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align analytics solutions with business needs. - Conduct performance tuning to ensure efficient data processing and reporting. - Create comprehensive documentation for data models and analytics solutions. - Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to SAP data management and reporting. - Maintain SAP system integrity and security during solution deployment. **Must-Have Qualifications** - Minimum 5 years of experience with SAP BW and HANA implementations. - Proven expertise in designing and deploying data models and analytics solutions. - Strong background in SQL, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly present complex technical information. - Strong problem-solving skills, with experience working in remote teams. - Familiarity with SAP BusinessObjects and related analytics tools. - Authorization to work in the U.S. without restriction. **Nice-to-Have** - Experience with cloud analytics platforms. - Certification in SAP BW or HANA. - Knowledge of emerging data analytics technologies.
