**About the Role** We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Commerce Backend Developer to join our dynamic team. You will be working with a leading e-commerce business focused on transforming its digital commerce solutions. In this role, you will play a vital part in optimizing our SAP Commerce Cloud platform to deliver superior customer experiences. **Key Responsibilities** - Develop and enhance backend functionalities using SAP Commerce Cloud and Java. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP Commerce solutions with existing systems. - Optimize SAP Hybris implementations for performance and scalability. - Design RESTful APIs for seamless integration with front-end applications. - Implement microservices architecture to improve system modularity and scalability. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to maintain high system uptime. - Ensure coding standards and best practices are maintained across all developments. - Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. **Must-Have Qualifications** - Minimum 3-5 years of experience working with SAP Commerce Cloud and Java. - Proven track record in full-cycle development and deployment of SAP Hybris. - Strong understanding of Spring Framework and its integration with SAP solutions. - Excellent communication skills and ability to manage stakeholder expectations. - Experience with RESTful API design and microservices architecture. - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. - Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively. **Nice-to-Have** - Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure. - Familiarity with agile methodologies and DevOps practices. - SAP certification is a plus. - Knowledge of front-end technologies like Angular or React.
