**About the Role** Join a leading organization within the industrial sector as a Senior IAM Specialist, where you will play a crucial role in enhancing identity and access management frameworks. The project focuses on integrating and optimizing security protocols using IBM Security technologies. Your expertise will be pivotal in seamless integration and maintaining robust security compliance. Face-to-face interview in Bangalore location is mandatory; no visa sponsorship is available. **Key Responsibilities** - Lead the independent integration of ISIM provisioning and vendor communication. - Develop workflows, approval flows, policies, and Java extensions within ISIM. - Utilize ISIM/ISVG to build configurations and adaptors for seamless integration. - Design custom adapters using TDI and facilitate REST API integrations. - Write and maintain Java/JavaScript code for comprehensive IAM solutions. - Execute data migration strategies across different IAM systems effectively. - Create and manage certification campaigns and data sets in IGI. - Configure SODs and sensitive accesses within IGI for governance purposes. - Develop comprehensive reports and perform data analytics within ISIM and IGI. - Perform thorough analysis and troubleshooting for IAM solution issues. - Conduct and lead end-to-end testing phases, including UAT, for all integrations. - Produce detailed project documentation including HLD, LLD, and design flows. **Must-Have Qualifications** - Over 8 years of overall experience in IT with more than 7 years specifically in identity and access management. - Proven expertise with IBM Security Identity Manager (ISIM/ISVG) and IBM Tivoli Directory Integrator (TDI). - Strong background in Java, JavaScript, and IBM LDAP to support IAM implementations. - Demonstrated experience in configuring and optimizing DB2 and IGI. - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to independently handle complex integrations. **Nice-to-Have** - Experience with Privileged Access Management, preferably IBM Secret Server. - Familiarity with Access Management (ISAM) and Azure AD/Entra. - Ability to produce engaging and informative presentations for stakeholders.
