Description

Seeking a senior consultant who combines deep Workday integration expertise with transformation leadership. This role is expected to act as a strategic advisor to HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT leadership while leading complex integrations, modernization initiatives, automation efforts, and operational excellence programs.

Unlike a traditional contractor, this individual must serve as a trusted advisor capable of influencing executive decisions and driving enterprise-wide adoption.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

ENTERPRISE INTEGRATION OWNERSHIP

  1. Manage all integrations between Workday and:
  2. ADP
  3. Fidelity
  4. Mercer
  5. Healthcare Providers
  6. Benefit Vendors
  7. Banking Partners
  8. Tax Agencies
  9. Azure Platforms
  10. Data Warehouses
  11. HR Service Delivery Platforms
  12. Identity Management Systems

DELIVERY LEADERSHIP

  1. Lead discovery, design, build, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
  2. Create integration strategy documentation.
  3. Conduct architecture reviews.
  4. Ensure scalability and maintainability.
  5. Own technical debt reduction initiatives.

OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE

  1. Define SLA frameworks.
  2. Establish monitoring dashboards.
  3. Improve support models.
  4. Implement automation opportunities.
  5. Reduce manual intervention points.
